Beeken Pty Ltd commenced operations in July 2005, since our humbled beginnings our business journey has taken many turns in the road as the economic climate evolved, opportunities in the market changed and life events unfolded for our directors. Through all of these planned and unplanned events Beeken Pty Ltd has been fluid enough to ride each of these events and remain strong. Bring the market an approach and commitment which is second to none. 

 

The best thing about having these experiences both the good ones and the challenging times is our directors bring you real life experience, skills and knowledge that only come with the journey travelled. Let's face it business is not for the lighthearted, and in the current economic climate, the small to medium business owner need someone on their side who can hold up their arms.

Meet Judy Beeken - Senior Consultant / Company Director / Founder 

Judy is innovative and demonstrates highly developed skills, knowledge and abilities which gives result driven outcomes. Her clients enjoy her dedication and passion to see others succeed. Judy's experience includes - consultancy, lead auditing, quality and compliance management, governance, training and assessment, coaching and mentoring, strategic planning, business development, and growing key leadership personnel. Judy leads a team of dedicated consultants who are ready to journey with you as one of clients. 

 

Over the years Judy has been involved in various capacities in the following areas: 

  • International talent sourcing 

  • NFP boards and governance 

  • NDIS and lead auditing

  • Community and aged care  

  • Early Childhood education 

  • eLearning development and design â€‹â€‹
